Herbert has been with Western Branch Diesel, Inc. since 2000 as Generator Set Sales and Rentals Representative  in Southeastern, Va and Northeastern, NC.

Born and raised in the Tidewater area of Virginia, he has experience and training in the design of diesel generator sets, paralleling switch gear, and  automatic transfer switches. Herbert’s specialties are writing, shop and field testing, contract preparation and negotiation, and warranty procedures.
