John Cottle

General Service Manager

John’s many years of experience and background have been primarily serving customers operating MTU/Daimler/Detroit Diesel & Allison products in the marine, mining, oil & gas, construction and transportation industries. In May 2001 he retired from Detroit Diesel Corp (DDC) after 35 years in field service and came onboard with WBD.

While with DDC, John was always in the service end of the organization. He worked with the same applications and products currently offered by WBD. His experience was throughout the DDC/Allison/MTU field service organization including service training and sales responsibility. John’s years of field service experience and on-going continuous education in all aspects of product, sales, service and management have come together to create an understanding and knowledge of what is expected by our customers to maintain their business.
