I wanted you to know that I called for service on one of our Freightliner trucks this afternoon and was assisted by Jan. She was polite and professional, and I could hear her smile through the phone. She also was very knowledgeable about the services you offer and how they would apply to my service needs. You are very lucky to have such a great technician working the call center for your business. Really a stellar customer experience.

In the last three weeks, we have taken two buses to Western Branch Diesel’s Manassas location for repairs. I called and spoke with Diane in service and was advised to bring the buses in, that they should be able to look at them right away. When we arrived, I spoke with Diane who was very courteous and polite as she took all my information down. She said as soon as the bus was looked at, she would give me a call as to how to proceed. Within 24 hours, Diane called me and discussed the repairs and within the next 24 hours, Diane called again advising me that the units were completed and ready for pick up. I have dealt with Western Branch Diesel for over 30 years and must say I have seen a huge improvement with the service department and how Western Branch Diesel conducts business. The team at Western Branch Diesel needs to be commended for the work and professionalism that I have experienced.

I am responsible for the maintenance and repair of six Volvo Penta powered tugs. I have been working with the Beaufort branch of Western Branch Diesel for several months now and have been very pleased with the level of support that has been given. The parts department gets the parts I need, when I need them, and is continuing to build inventory of high use items. The service department has a ‘can do’ attitude and is always ready to support the fleet when needed, including weekends and after normal business hours. I visit the branch on a weekly basis and Rick, Gaston, Tina, and Christina treat me like part of the family. In closing, I would recommend the Western Branch Diesel Beaufort branch to assist customers with the needs of their equipment or vessels.

The customer service I have received from Western Branch Diesel in Beaufort, NC has been exceptional. When I call Christina for parts or have other questions, she is always there to help. She is very knowledgeable and answers my questions with ease. I often have to modify my original quote, and Christina takes care of it without any problem or complaint. The parts we have received from Western Branch Diesel are always what we request. Still, if we run into any issue, we know that they will be there and happily exchange them for us. Everyone at Western Branch Diesel, from the service manager to the service techs, are accommodating, no matter the size of the problem. If they can’t personally assist you, they will refer you to the person that can. Their service goes above and beyond, and they are always there to help. Because of this excellent customer service, I am a loyal customer of Western Branch Diesel, and I strongly recommend them to others.
