I am responsible for the upkeep of a school bus fleet in Ohio. The people at the St. Clairsville branch are always so helpful. We recently had an issue with a newer Freightliner bus that no one could fix, but Daniel and his crew got us up and running in no time at all. They also did an exceptional overhaul job on another unit. Kelly always goes out of her way to get us parts with very good prices. Thanks for the top-notch service.

While getting ready to leave Middleburg, OH, our power steering line ruptured. Lucky for us, we contacted Western Branch Diesel in Canton, Ohio. After about 2 hours, we were heading to the service center. We arrived at Western Branch Diesel at 12:30 p.m. on Monday and by 3:00 p.m., they had the problem diagnosed. Parts were ordered on Tuesday, and arrived at the service center Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday afternoon, Nick called and said the RV was ready to go. We pick it up early Friday morning and continued our trip. Hats off to Nick, Sean, and the WBD repair crew that got us back on schedule in record time. Giving them 5 stars would be an injustice. WBD went beyond any expectations I could have imagined. Thanks again to a very professional service center
