Western Branch Diesel is proud to announce that six of its service locations have been awarded Gold status in Allison Transmission’s 2020 Performance Reward Program.
This award places all six locations among the top 25% of Allison’s entire distributor network across the country.
The Richmond, VA location not only received Gold status, it was also awarded the overall “Most Improved” Allison Distributor throughout the North American network.
Allison Transmission’s Performance Rewards Program (PRP) aims to:
- Encourage improvements in performance among Distributors.
- Continually raise the bar on customer service offered to end users.
- Establish a competitive advantage over other service providers by creating a robust service network to support Allison’s products.
The PRP is judged on nine metrics across the following categories:
- Technician training
- Turnaround time
- Total parts sales
- Total ReTran sales
- Customer satisfaction survey results
